Career Counselling Cell

The Career Counselling Cell at Onda Thana Mahavidyalaya is committed to assisting students in making informed decisions about their future careers. The Cell, staffed by dedicated professionals, actively engages with private companies, educational organizations, and various government and non-government sectors to facilitate student placements in reputable firms. Its primary objective is to connect students with employment opportunities.

The Cell serves as a bridge between the academic and professional worlds, benefiting the institute's students. Annually, various companies are invited to the college to conduct recruitment programs, and the Cell also arranges guest lectures by Career Counsellors to enhance students' prospects and job opportunities. The Cell strives to empower students and facilitate meaningful career paths through these efforts.

Objectives:

  • To help students create a great future
  • Raising student awareness of potential job alternatives and assisting them in determining professional goals.
  • To provide job opportunities as well as information on various higher education programmes in India.
  • To find eligible potential employers and assist them in achieving their employment objectives.
  • To serve as a link between students, alumni, and potential employers.
  • Organize campus recruiting for students with reputable companies and business organisations across India.
